Firm Introduction

     In 1999, several lawyers from different Shanghai law firms, quite different in personality and temperament, shared a vision : commitment to professionalism and excellence in an atmosphere emphasizing teamwork, joined together to build their own law firm. The goal of Xu, Shang, Chen & partners is to provide high-quality and cost-effective legal service, To meet promptly and high efficiency clients’ different need is always considered paramount.

    The firm is organized into eight principal areas of practice: Corporate and Banking, Real Estate, Labor and Employment, Maritime and Insurance, International. Lawyers in each department of the firm cooperate closely with members of other departments on transaction or disputes requiring work that crosses department lines.
